Refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order so you can try the GloGrace Pink Collagen Volume Balm with complete confidence.
How It Works
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This policy applies to your first order only. To request a refund, simply email us at hi@glograce.com. If approved, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method — no need to send the product back.
You'll receive a full refund for the value of your order, less a $5 processing fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@glograce.com and we'll make it right.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns on opened perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. If you're exchanging for a higher-value product, a price difference may apply.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Processing Your Refund
Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received it, contact us at hi@glograce.com.
